Reports of violations under the Law on the Application of Measures against Market Abuse of Financial Instruments (LAMMAFI) may be submitted to the FSC as follows:

A special place has been designated in the building of the Commission for holding meetings, when persons wish to report a violation through a meeting with officials under Art. 6 of the LAMMAFI

Each signal, regardless of how it is submitted, is treated in complete confidentiality.

Persons who submit a notice or other information about a violation, in violation of the restrictions on disclosure of information arising from laws, regulations or administrative provisions or from a contract, shall not be liable in any way in connection with the information provided.
