ICO is initial public offering of coins, at which certain project manager or companies raise capital through crypto currency or pecuniary means, in order to realize a project or an idea. In exchange for tokens bought by the investor, the latter shall be granted various tangible or intangible rights, for instance: voting rights, dividend rights, right of part of the income realized upon definite conditions, right of preferential conditions when using certain service, or right of price discount for certain product etc.
